This is a follow up video to my review of the DJI RSC 2 gimbal for DSLRs and mirrorless cameras. My main reason for getting this bundle (and selling my normal bundle) was because of the included RavenEye image transmitter. I’ll start this video with a short unboxing and then elaborate on the set-up of RavenEye and also the set-up of the focus motor. Because I explain step by step how to assemble the DJI RSC 2 with RavenEye and the DJI Focus Motor, the video has become a bit longer. Hopefully I can help someone with this tutorial. It was also fun to work with the DJI RSC 2 again. I am very happy with RavenEye and the carrying case. The Focus Motor is a nice bonus, only the smartphone clamp disappoints. To obtain the best performance from DJI RSC 2, proper balancing of the three axes (tilt, roll, and pan) is essential. Improper balance may reduce stability and battery runtime. Severe imbalance can also lead to overheated motors which may force the gimbal to enter sleep mode for overheating protection.
